Better Guest Vetting
We've partnered with third party guest vetting platforms to collect guest information and verify each and every guest by a trusted metric. We don't rely on solely reviews. Guests receive a booking contract, and agree to a security deposit of your choosing. We collect secured payments and deposits, and in rare cases, collect damage deposits without an external resolution center.

What if I already have an Airbnb listing?
That's ok! We'll work with you to optimize your current listing for keyword search, SEO, and desirability. You won't lose any of your reviews, and we'll create a direct booking website unique to your property!

With a direct booking website, not only are we able to control visibility through ads and SEO, but we're also able to better vet guests and get you more of a payout per booking.
Airbnb and other booking platforms rely on reviews and a one-time ID check to vet guests. We've partnered with Enso Connect to perform a light background check, collect deposits (no more Airbnb resolution center!) and ensure we're accessing quality guests for your property.
What are your fees?
We charge an initial set-up fee to create/optimize your listing, get you listed on all relevant platforms, create your website, and set up your lead generation and nurture campaigns.
After that, we collect 25% booking revenue.
We collect all cleaning fees simply to pay our cleaners.
